A MADE MAN is the flagship programme of the Temitope Ajijola Empowerment and Leadership Foundation, dedicated to equipping men with the tools, direction and community they need to thrive personally, professionally and purposefully.
A MADE MAN exists to change that. And to ensure the next generation of men never has to start from scratch. Founded by Temitope Ajijola and operating as the flagship programme of the Temitope Ajijola Empowerment and Leadership Foundation, A MADE MAN is a movement dedicated to the development of men, young people and boys across Nigeria and beyond. We believe that great men are not accidents. They are built through intentional investment, honest community and purposeful direction. And that investment must begin early.
Through our annual conference, youth engagement initiatives, mentorship programmes and community outreach, we create spaces where men can be honest, boys can be shaped, and young people can discover who they are before the world tells them who to be. From the boy finding his footing to the professional building his legacy, A MADE MAN speaks to every stage of a man's journey.
Because a man who is whole on the inside builds better on the outside and a nation is only as strong as the men and the boys becoming men who lead it.

His professional journey reflects a man who has consistently chosen the harder, more purposeful path, building with excellence, leading with integrity and refusing to separate personal growth from professional achievement. But beyond his professional world, Temitope is deeply invested in the development of men and the shaping of the next generation of leaders. His commitment to men's health, physical, emotional and spiritual, is not a talking point. It is a conviction lived out in every room he walks into.
